Got to Dance Star Joins the cast of Essence of Ireland

Siobhan Phealtlan as "Damhsa Dreams", the 8 year old star from Sky's "Got to Dance" joins Essence of Ireland on their UK Tour.

Essence of Ireland are delighted to announce,  Siobhan Phelan, will join the cast of Essence of Ireland on a number of selected dated on their UK spring tour.

Siobhan's family were born in Ireland, but Siobhan was born in England, but moved to Ireland shortly afterwards.

Siobhan started dancing at her local school in Geashill, Co Offaly and from there she joined the Tara Dance Academy in Dublin where she fell in love with dancing.

From her first competition in Longford, Siobhan has gone on to win the Under 8 All Ireland, British, Dublin and European Dance Championships.

Siobhan's parents, Sinead and Reagan, travel the country and beyond to help and support her love and passion for Irish dancing and her dream is to perform professionally in a major Irish show.

Siobhan now dances for the "Devine Academy" based in Dublin and loves to dance and is quoted as saying "I can't wait to dance in Essence of Ireland, I am so excited".

Siobhan can be seen at the following venue's New, Theatre - Wimbledon, Pavilion - Exmouth, Victoria Theatre - Stoke on Trent, Empire - Sunderland, Opera House - Blackpool, Assembly Rooms - Derby, Hexagon - Reading, Capitol - Horseham, Cliffs Pavilion - Southend, Chequer Mead - East Grinstead

Essence of Ireland's Director, Ross Mills said "We are delighted to have Siobhan on board, she is a fantastic dancer with a great personality and the cast and I look forward to working with her".
